If you’ve been following any of my digital footprints over the past 2 years you already know one thing… I really like Google+!! When Google+ came on the scene I immediately saw it becoming an answer to one important issue, staff communication! Communicating to staff and teams can be a daunting task. We had been looking for something to help aide us in this endeavor for quite some time. Then as an answer to prayer, Google+ was released.
With the private sharing features through circles and “+1’s” to signify an acknowledgment, I knew we had a possible winner. Today, every single staff member is required to have a Google+ account which helps us as we broadcast big information. (*E-mail is still in use on a daily basis, but is encouraged to stay with in 5 people are less.)
About a year into learning about Google+ I ran across Dustin Stout and immediately subscribed to all he was doing to wave the G+ banner high.
With a ministry background, Dustin’s blog inspires, challenges, and pushes people to produce creative content. He’s a guy of extreme excellence and I’m so glad we got connected. We had a chance to hangout on air recently and I think you will really enjoy what he had to say.
