We hosted a web conference in March of 2012 that was a ton of fun and a great resource for churches. “UNPACKED:Taking LEADERSHIP out of the box.” was streamed into multiple churches around the region over a 5 hour time spot with multiple topics,variety of speakers, and tons of notes to download. Take some time to enjoy this part of the conference where I had the pleasure to talk about teams. Leaders are only as good as their teams and it’s our responsibility to make that team great.
